<description>&amp;ldquo;how rising seas and strengthening storms could affect coastal bases, perhaps causing facilities to be abandoned or moved over the next century.&amp;rdquo;  Ok, But over the last 600 M years the ocean level has gone down 546ft, and is going to go down another 323ft in the next 100 M years.  That&amp;#039;s how we got all this dry land.  Where is the water going?  In the deep ocean trenches the weight of the water is so great that it&amp;#039;s pushing the sea floor into the center of the earth.  Ok so let&amp;#039;s see Al Gore stop this!! </description>
