No, the toys aren't actually inside each cracker jack bite. The toy is inside the box sealed in paper wrapping. But I do strongly disagree about the Kinder Surprise eggs being banned. What are we going to ban next, pillows? I know some kids have been suffocated to death by those.

I agree, this is probably torture for that clam. Reminds me of the video with the frog sitting up like it's just chillin' and everyone thought it was cute, when in fact it was stuck in that position; it was essentially paralyzed. It's very stupid and dangerous. What if they get into an accident, the car catches fire, their flip-flops fall off, and they have to walk across broken glass? What if it slips off a little and gets stuck under one of the pedals? All these little what-ifs can be avoided simply by wearing shoes.

This is very good advice for everyone. Obviously, there are times when you want to talk to the police, like when you're a witness to a crime or reporting a crime. But if you've been arrested or in danger of being arrested, don't say a word. Let your lawyer do that. "Whatever you say can and will be used against you..." means exactly what it says. It'll never be used for you.
