Breitbart.com : FTC explores future of journalism in Internet age

So, they want to bailout the newspaper industry and then??? They (print media) won't change and we still won't buy them. Then what's next- are they going to force us to read them? Have all of these newspapers delivered to us? Bailout isn't the answer - you can force us to read (or drive) what we don't want to.

Isn't Obama a quitter as well? He was a Senator. Was he really doing his job while campaigning in 2008? Kinda disingenuous, isn't it? He was suppose to be representing Illinois, but only cared about himself and getting elected president. See, the quitter thing can work both ways.

How are they going to find an unbiased jury? Are the jurors going to be sequestered ? If so, for how long. because this isn't happen tomorrow, in 3 months or a year. How are the jurors not going to be harassed by the hard left and the media? This just doesn't make sense.

My God, this country is in so much trouble. Can we get it back? This is what's important to Congress? Vote these imbeciles out in 2010. You know, I've always wondered about 3-termers and beyond; do they stay because they can cut it in the real world?

Call me crazy, but the decision should be cut and dry. 4-star General on the ground (and don't forget that Obama appointed him) says he needs more troops, what is there to decide? Send the troops. Send what's needed. I've heard (read) that Obama is waiting to make his decision after the U.S. elections next week as well. Stop being a politician and be a Commander-in-Chief.

True, but can we dig ourselves out of way damage this administration has caused? Remember, we now have a large entitlement crowd and who knows how big it will be around 2012. They aren't going to do anything.

Breitbart.com : Obama not yet sure of Afghanistan troop decision timing

Granted, I've never served, however I come from a line of those who have. So, it would seem to me that when a 4 star general WHO IS ON THE GROUND says to the President, we need more troops, there shouldn't be any waffling. That means everything should be dropped, a quick meeting of the minds and either the necessary troops should be sent or staggered out. I guess if I was President, I wouldn't be waffling. I would be under the assumption that my general ON THE GROUND knows a little more about the current situation than I do while sitting behind my desk in D.C. But then again, that's just me.

Okay, so he's taking a vacation to get over his vacation. What about people (you know, the taxpayers; the serfs; the greater unwashed) who had to cancel their vacation because they lost their job or can't a vacation because they are afraid they might lose their jobs.
I remember how it was portrayed in the media when there was what 4 - 5 percent unemployment under Bush - the Newsweek and Time magazine covers of people standing in bread lines. Now Newsweek and Time worry about Obama's golf game or Michelle's hairdo. I swear it's like I went to sleep in a semi-normal world and wake up to this, where no one in the media seems to care about 11 percent unemployment or a president taking a vacation to get over his vacation. Wasn't everyone foaming at the mount in front of microphones and cameras when Bush took a vacation? And now, we are just suppose to accept it? Oh, and isn't the real unemployment rate at 16 percent? I thought I read something along those lines. I might be wrong, but I thought I saw it somewhere.

What can we do to get your country back? Honestly, I'm scared, which I never thought I would be. I never thought in my life as an American, I would almost be considered the enemy. There are times I think we might not have an election in 2012 (they would be absolutely crazy to pull it during the mid-terms), and then how can we know the ballots aren't stuffed? So, what can we do to save our republic the Chavez-wannabe and followers? Is it possible? Where do we start?
