Don't get me wrong, I selfishly want this in Boulder every year, but I do realize there are plenty of enthusiastic bike friendly towns in Colorado that have the capability of an iconic finish to the race stage. One thing I learned from the experience is that I will travel to see this event next year, especially if it doesn't come through Boulder.

I think it's too bad an administration that claims to be the most transparent is being very transparent in their lack of transparency on this issue - and it's all based on an upcoming election. Clearly you are 100% wrong on your claim of $0, by a minimum of $50 million, more like $80 million, and much more depending on their take of the $1 billion tax credit.
