As a veteran of nearly 40 years my advice would be not to expect anything. Fly by the seat of your pants. Don't get too high when you win and don't get too low when you lose. It's a long season and that's a fact. A couple of weeks ago on a relatively cool evening the wife and I sat in the garage and listened to oldies C&W starting around 7 while enjoying some adult beverages. We laughed and cried and danced until I finally asked her what time it was. 1 o'clock she replied. 6 hours only seemed like 2.

I called my wife about a half hour ago when I saw this story. Told her to tell the captain and first officer to check the story before departing LA. One way to stop this bs is for the captains to refuse to fly any of these miscreants ANYWHERE. BTW, they are unionized too.

I have. I heard it on the WSJ morning report but I can't remember what day it was. The suit now sits before a 3 judge panel in DC and has to do with subsidies. 30 states did not set up exchanges but enrollees from several of these states are getting subsidized illegally the suit maintains. The subsidies according to the law HAVE to come from state coffers and not the feds. If the funding is found to be illegal then the law may fall apart because that was supposed to be one of the main mechanisms to pay for the damned thing.
