<description>Has the government and people in charge of the hill not learned anything from historic examples  like the Great Depression?! The past will repeat itself if not learned from, thus we have had depressions since then. An increase in taxes will discourage the investments in businesses according to  basic economics. It is an apparent fact that government jobs won&amp;#039;t cure depressions.
