<description>The ACLU needs to approach this case with caution because the pepperball&amp;#039;s did not cause this incident. Police officers need and should have less lethal weapons that do not cause severe bodily harm or death and pepperball less lethal weapon systems do just that plus it save lives unlike so weapons like tasers. No one died so the ACLU should not try to ban police officers from using pepperball. Think about what would have happen if the police did not have pepperball&amp;#039;s.  </description>
