Well it's starting. No one believed the feds would take this easily. I think we should just get rid of every peice of legislation except the Constitution as ratified by the States in 1787, and the Bill of Rights and start over.

You could give a little more info and it might help. Was it in a car, on you open/concealed, where were you at? What did the police charge you with? If it was illegally carrying a firearm, then use the definition of a firearm to plea the case. Unfortunately the Second Amendment is not as powerful as it should be. Clearly it says our rights to Keep and Bear Firearms shall not be infringed. Keep would mean to own and store, Bear would mean to carry. Our government has been trampling on our rights for a long time. It'll take a long time to get them back. Until then we have to play the cards we're dealt, until we all stand up and say No to our Government they won't care what arguements we have. Also the Public Defense may not be someone who would represent you properly, so if he starts saying something you don't agree with don't be too afraid to tell him to shut up. You can always request other council and they have to provide it. Even though it might take forever. Until then keep your nose clean, that doesn't always help, but never hurts.
Have you been with a regular army unit any time recently? Even half or more of the squad leaders don't know there a** from a hole in the ground. It doesn't surprise me at all. In fact most of the time the joes don't even know where they are going or what they are supposed to do when they get there. The Army ain't what it used to be, if your not a member of SOCOM your surrounded by the byproducts of Americas lets all be nice to each other and be gay generation. They think war is like a video game and want to use xbox controllers on thier weapons. So Pray for that kid, unfortunately I don;t think he'll be home anytime soon, and if he is home soom we'll probably be looking at terrorism at its worst.

I couldn't agree more. Why does it offend a Muslim to see a Christmas Tree in the Mall? It doesn't offend Christians to see Muslims dressed up like their in Iraq walking through the stores. I think alot of it has to do with what our kids are being taught in school. You know if your a Christian then just shut up, but muslims, gays, and satanist have special rights that you need to be mindfull of by not displaying your beliefs. They do teach that in public schools, I just removed the red tape that covers up and makes it look ok.

You can't expect an administration who's president is a muslim convert to really crack down on muslim extremists can you? He's too busy kissing their asses. Well maybe this wouldn't have happened if Obama would have kissed all the Muslims asses in America too. Maybe he'll convert them into Obama fans by making them watch CNN in prision. For some reason I can't say that I'm surprised, radical muslims in America. This ain't anything new. What about the Somali communities in MN? Hopefully the FBI and DHS will start cracking down on radical muslims, and stop saying that Right wing extremists are the biggest threat to national security. I could just be biased though. I am white, Christian, Pro-Life, Anti- Immigration, and a Gun Lover to boot.
