In the days before I lost my job in corporate America, there was always a new red-hot who would come along with a new initiative to get 360 degrees of input from all stakeholders. But in the end, nothing useful was done, because the red-hot's incentives were to keep things the way they were. You are not likely to be rewarded for listening to people like us, but the Unions, Businesses, PACs and other money brokers will make sure no matter what you say to us, you will do their bidding.
