Excellent post. In fact, Christ-like Christians are givers, and their sworn enemies are the takers. Or, as another article has pointed out, some humans are hosts to others who act like parasites. Guess which is which.

The world will not see peace until the israeli duals are kicked out of the US government and all of the zionist organizations in the USA are disbanded. The israeli duals and the US neocons, along with the Christian zionists, are America's biggest problems in 2019.

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/ : Comment - Florida lawmakers approve arming teachers with guns in classrooms

Since Sandy Hook, which precedes passage of the Smith-Munt Modernization Act of 2012, every school event I have seen has either been a false flag event, or a psyops event. Prove me wrong. When the government declares all of its wars against nouns (e.g. war on terror, war on drugs, etc.) it is, in fact, declaring war on its own people. Think about this.

It seems everyone in the government is going to get armed, all while the government is disarming the people. Really? And that is supposed to make us feel safer? What a crock. Here's a thought: disarm the government and arm the people. I don't trust any part of the government at any level at all. Government lies to us, steals from us, poisons us, imprisons us, and kills us. If there is any love in the world, it surely does NOT come from government. Prove me wrong.

Longmont Times-Call : Watch New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie speak live about the bridge scandal - Longmont Times-Call

So, this is all about Christie, is it? I don't think so. This is merely a story of excessive and over powerful government going against the people in a really petty and stupid manner. Christie is a RINO, and not worth the effort to discuss. What we should be discussing is why do we have a government, at any level, that can effect us so negatively. We created government to defend and protect our freedoms and liberties, one of which is the freedom of travel, not to manipulate and control us.

Longmont Times-Call : Vandalized Civil War memorial statue will be replaced at Mountain View Cemetery - Longmont Times-Cal

The cemetery represents a lot of the town's history, and it is good to see it survive and thrive. I still think the kids who did the damage should reimburse the cemetery for the loss they caused. Sadly, our 'justice' system does not include a mechanism or procedure for reimbursing the victims of crimes.

Longmont Times-Call : Deal reached to put Times-Call archives at Longmont Museum - Longmont Times-Call

I would rather have seen the records be stored in the library, as its hours and staff are very readily available to the public and to researchers. The museum is, to me, extremely hard to access, and curator Erik Mason is only available by appointment. Records are no good if they are not readily available to researchers.

"Your comment must be approved by the site admins before it will appear publicly." OK, so now my post is being moderated by the site admins because I have used the word social-ist in my posted text, and that is a direct violation of the TC terms and conditions noted below. If the TC managing editor wants reader participation, he had better stop filtering reader comments and just let the discussions be made openly and freely. Because the word social-ist is not allowed to be posted does not mean the word does not exist, or that the ideology does not exist. This kind of moderation, aka censorship, is what I object to on any alleged news media, and is exactly what disrupts readers like me from participating in online communications.

Longmont Times-Call : Colorado GOP bringing state assembly to Boulder this spring - Longmont Times-Call

I think the two party system is a dismal failure for the American people. It has shown itself to be a fiction created by the political elites to make people think they have a choice between liberal and conservative, as though those were the only two political alternatives. The two party system is a fraud, but it does control the political discussion, and it does prevent outside ideas from being offered to the people. I've tried to see past the rhetoric and just watch how people inside government, once elected, act, and the left and the right both seem to promote lawlessness and big government. That's not what I want, and that's not what many people want. Many of us want small, lawful government that serves the people, not the elites. In the most recent elections we witnessed the complete shunning and dissing of the Ron Paul effort by the GOP party. That disgusting display of elitism and arrogance has soured many voters against the GOP. The elites may be control freaks, and they are, but it says nothing about their intelligence. So, I'm advocating either a party-less political system, or an open party system, something the two headed snake (democrats and repubs) will never support. I also want us to look at different ways of selecting our candidates. The Founders warned us about political parties, so how about a lottery system. In this system, everyone who wants to work as a public servant registers their intentions, and then the candidates are selected via a lottery drawing. This way there will be no political controls from the two political cabals we have now. Alternatively, let's randomly select public servants from the telephone book. In many ways, we're all viable candidates, so let's have open elections.

Longmont Times-Call : Push for $6 million Erie police station begins anew - Longmont Times-Call

"More important, the need for a new headquarters -- which would include a police station and a municipal court -- is pressing, if not urgent, Harris said. The current force of 22 operates out of a cramped 2,400-square-foot space inside Erie Town Hall, in which evidence is sometimes hung out to dry in the open and prosecutors conduct interviews under the stairwell." Good. I'm glad the police are cramped. Now, if you think my attitude about this situation is sour, you're right. Making the police more successful and more powerful is not a solution I want to see. In Longmont we have seen two police killings inside people's homes in recent months, and these happened after someone asked for help. When was the last time you heard a policeman approach you and say 'Do you need help? Can I help you?' No, when a policeman approaches you, his first words are 'Can I see some identification, please.' So, the police are no longer in a place (mentally) where they want to help the citizenry. Today they are all about control. If Erie wants to spend the money on some public services, have them spend the money on paramedics or on fire department facilities.

As the economy worsens and the value of the dollar diminishes, we will see more of these types of crimes. People are getting desperate, just wanting to survive. This is, at its roots, not a police problem, it is a societal problem. The wealth of our country is being, and has been taken, from us.

Longmont Times-Call : Police: Tasers, less-lethal tools unsafe for officers facing suspects with guns - Longmont Times-Cal

I'm glad to see some additional details come out of this story. It helps us understand what happened. Having said that, I am still quite leery about the shooting. "Their family [the policeman's family] has a right to expect them to come home in the same condition they went to work in," said Longmont Police Sgt. Doug Ross. " Sorry to intrude into this official posture, but everyone's family has a right to expect their family members to come home safely. Everyone's life is important – not just a cop’s life. George’s life was important. "Our goal is for everybody to go home safe, but the suspect ultimately makes that decision," Prentup said." No, the guy with the gun decides who returns home safely. Think about that. Fraud statistics teach us that about 30 percent of the population is hopelessly criminal. The police deal in that segment of the population much of the time, and are meant to solve crimes that have already been committed by these people, not rescue people who have health or other problems. And the bull crap excuse that the cops are necessary in order to make the scene safe for others is just that – bull crap. I question whether a one week course is sufficient for the police. If I study psychology for a week can I become a psychiatrist? I don't think so. Why should we expect that from the police? Do the police just get one week of shooting training? Are you kidding? Training in firearms is ongoing. Is there some other, nonlethal means of disarming a person so that you don’t have to shoot the person? Yeah, there are lots. I suspect we will now see an intensive PR campaign meant to justify the shooting. The bottom line for me is that an innocent man was killed and I don’t expect to see justice on his behalf at the hands of law enforcement. Frankly, I don’t ever want the police trying to 'rescue me.' Firemen, paramedics, doctors, family members, they’re OK, but leave the guys with the guns at home.

Longmont Times-Call : Longmont\'s Pumphouse has to start from scratch - Longmont Times-Call

It's good to see some followup of this situation. From the article: "The concurrent review process means legally, the state could approve the Pumphouse's application right after the city does -- meaning the restaurant and sports bar could have its license back by early February." And the city, in it's interest of helping its local businesses, will approve the license asap. Right? Why not today? Why wait until February? A business is hurting.
