It appears that you could be running an outdated version of our software or experiencing issues with installation.

Please reinstall the software by following these steps.

1. Uninstall HMA! Pro VPN, then reboot your computer.

2. Then install HMA! Pro VPN again but this time right-click the set-up file and select **"Run as Administrator"**.

3. Once it is installed, run HMA! Pro VPN by right-clicking the shortcut on your desktop and select "Run as Administrator".
