During attitude era they did that all the time, sometimes even changing the title on tv making the ppv match a rematch. Mostly done in mid card but lets face it the world title is mid card now not main event.

Saw both matches but both matches were what they were because it was only what was expected but nothing remarkable or thrilling about the show at all. Just another impact.

Its not a wwe production it has to have its own look. The belt signifies him as a wrestler so people who dont know him will have a clue of what the comic is about by looking at the cover

The match at mania was just a build for this show, it was "cut" but never had a chance of happening because it was a "scene" for a reality show.
At the time we didnt know about TotalDivas so we all thought the match was cut.
People got so pissed... Now to find out cutting the match was planned all along to add drama to another tv show we didnt know they were filming...lol
