I told the cop that was impossible since I was going down hill in 3rd gear which usually caps me at about 39 on that specific hill. Instant ticket for arguing, paid someone 325 bucks to go get it taken care of. Cop didn't show up to court. I tested my theory the next day and didn't break 39. I was still 20 minutes early to work and in no hurry.
