You can't just win a war by slaughtering numerous Lankans, yes even civilians under the illusion they are LTTE, you have to go further than that an ensure safety and equal rights to Tamils, Muslims and all minorities. 'Losing' a war isn't about falling in numbers, its about giving up on your hope. Now what I'm really interested in finding out is, with the LTTE numbers as low as is, how will the Tamil people bring attention to their grievances, and what will the GoSL/ Int'l community ensure these expectations are considerably met?
