preventing rebooting ? that can't be done ;) if you run out of battery it shuts down. Then the Ipod Needs to Boot = Reboot. If an app Crashes you most likely also have to Re(boot). The only thing the Dev Team can do is either get around the Check so it doesn't complain about that it was changed or jailbreak it on a lower level (what i think they are trying to do right now)

Just a quick question. i read that Apple built in a kinda volume locker in the ipod touch. So you can't get in on full volume. If that is true will the JB fix that ?

The only thing you guys are acomplishing by annoying the dev Team is that they take longer or maybe even consider not releasing anything. Wait for it. They will Decide when to Release it. Don't annoy them by constantly requesting or demanding a Release.
