<description>The plaintiff wouldn&amp;#039;t have been able to sue if the school didn&amp;#039;t break the law in the first place.  Oh wait, I see.  It&amp;#039;s her fault the school broke the law.  Following that logic, it&amp;#039;s the rape victim&amp;#039;s fault for being raped, the bankrupt homeowner&amp;#039;s fault for trusting the corrupt banks, and the investor&amp;#039;s faults for trusting Madoff.    What a lovely community.  You all should be proud of your &amp;quot;Christian&amp;quot; ways. </description>
