Thank you for the suggestions. I will write to my Senators and try and find some local supporters of my views to help spread the word. It would be great if we could run opposing infomercials, but I'm sure they are very expensive to produce.

BOASTING ABOUT OBAMA'S HEALTHCARE - What can we do?! Our State Senators are running repeated over-glorified ads endorcing Obama's New Universial Healthcare. Every time I see it I scream NO! at the TV. I know there are others that agree that this is not the answer. I feel like the opposing voice will never be heard in my State. Is there anything I can do? Our State's Senators are also the only Republican's that supported the Trillion Dollar spending spree in Washington! Please, any ideas or guidance would be appreciated. I want the citizens of our State to know that there are other choices! and the one choice they are exposed to is not the best choice.

Thank you. You are right about teaching my children, but even they think Obama is a savior from what they hear from teachers at school and from classmates. It's just awful. I used to tell them that they were only hearing one side and that not everything they heard from classmates and teachers was the whole truth, but then when they repeated what I told them, they got teased and came home telling me that I was wrong and that Mr. O will save the world. It's so darn frustrating.

While I see your point, and you may be right, I don't think anyone in Washington will do this. The democrats tried to get George W impeached for 8 years without success. It was in the mainstream media and blogs, etc. Nothing ever happened. Mr. O is the "messiah" to many and I think you may be wasting your energy on this. I can feel your passion in your posts.. your energy might be better spent organizing peaceful protests that focus on the big picture, and how this administration is hurting America.

How can people who write these hateful comments be turned onto the truth? They see politics with blinders on, and will take their views to the grave. Everyone thinks that Glenn Beck fans and Constitution supporters are hacks and vigilantes. I live in a Blue state and am the minority. I feel like a closet Glenn Beck fan and conservative. One woman at work won't even talk to me because she knows I didn't vote for Obama. It seems so overwhelmingly grim when I read these things. I do have hope, but as a single parent, I am afraid to make too much noise about my views, for fear of being labeled an extremist or threat to humanity.

For someone who claim's he's not God, sure acts like he thinks he is - and no one will stand up to this man? I feel like I am watching an old mob movie. This administration is running things like the mob! Pressure, threats, physical violence (speaking of Acorn injuring voters). How can Mr. O say he "doesn't want to own car companies and big business", when that and super-socialized medicine seem to be his target. It's all about power and money. If the politicians' money was taken away, no one would want that job and we'd have less government. The only people willing to work for a "normal" salary woudl be there because they actually care for the people and want to make a difference. My "hope" left when this administration took office.

I just found this website opposing socialized medicine. It's interesting to note that this was started under Clinton's Administration and a video from Dr. Leonard Peikoff highlights how Health Care is not a right. The website states that the American's For Free Choice In Medicine was referenced in one of Ayn Rand's books: "Why Businessmen Need Phylosophy." My 8-year-old son came home from school last week all excited and said; "Mommy, President Obama is going to take everyone's guns away, isn't that great?!" This is the second time the school has forced their opinions on my kids. They sent home Obama propaganda before the Presidential election too. If they were going to do that, don't you think they should do both Democratic and Republican flyers? He brought home a 12 page pamphlet talking about what good Obama will do for our Country, and Hope & Change... blah blah. I haven't seen any to date worth mentioning. I was so angry about this. This pamphlet was accompanied by; "Mom, you are going to vote for Obama aren't you?" I am so frustrated with this being forced on my children in school. I guess you can say I feel violated. My kids are bringing home pamphlets and talking excitedly about things I disagree with wholeheartedly. I am at a loss, and wish there was something I could do about it besides home schooling my kids. Not that there is anything wrong with it.
