I love your 3 steps! And, I pledge to follow them as well! As the saying goes, if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. Well, I find it hard to be nice to ignorant people, so I just won't say anything to them at all! You are totally right that ignoring ignorance is the only way to deal with them. I refuse to give them anymore of my time. This pond is all out of fish, so they need to find a new fishing spot!

I know, it's crazy the pace they are going. But, I guess when trying to destroy the things that make this country so great like liberty, justice, and freedom, you would have to act fast! You are totally right that by the time we find out what has passed over night they are on to something new. There are so many things that have happened in the past few months that it is almost impossible to keep up with it all. Everyday there seems to be something new to tick us off! I though it was supposed to take a long time for bills to pass into law, so that particular bill could be thoroughly researched and debated. But with this administration, there is no time for silly things like understanding all the ramifications of a little law. Everything seems to be pushed through in hyperdrive, so there is no time to even read, let alone understand, what is in the bill; purposely. And with all the taxes and inflation, it is next to impossible to fight these things, because (as you stated) people have to work harder and longer hours just to make the ends meet.

That is just ridiculous!! I heard about something like this on Glenn Beck a while ago, and honestly didn't think it would ever happen! They would have to tax me to death! I have three vegetable gardens and flowers all over my front and back yards, and another huge garden at my Mother in laws' house. If this ever happens in Indiana I will not pay the fines, and fight it tooth and nail! I can't believe they passed this! I should after all the other crap that has been passed!

I just heard about a tea party in Warsaw, IN on July 1 at the courthouse from 7PM to 9PM. There is also one planned for July 4 in Fort Wayne at the courthouse that begins at noon. If you are in the area, please come and voice your opinions! What better way is there to celebrate our "independence" than to protest our tyrannical government!

Hi Adam! If I remember correctly, you don't have to agree with all 9 principles or 12 values; just the majority of them. It is totally, constitutionally, your choice as to what religion you practice. This site is about restoring Liberty to Americans, so in my opinion you are completely welcome to join. There may be a majority of Christians here, but in my opinion there is room for any and all Americans that feel that this country is in distress and We the People must step up to restore our country. From what I read, you seem to be on the same page as most of us here as far as the out of control government. I do believe in God. But, thanks to the Constitution I have that right. Just as you have that right to believe whatever you want. I can not speak for everyone else here, but as a non-denominational Christian, I say you are welcome here. Besides, from what I understand about Christianity, we are supposed to love all people not just the ones that agree with us 100%. July 4th demonstration in Washington DC. I know a lot of people have been discouraged because of the media portrayal of the tax day tea parties, but we can't stop! I, personally, will not be able to celebrate "independence" this year, because I think it would be wrong for me to celebrate something we don't have. And it is my favorite holiday! For me, protesting in DC is more fitting for how I feel. If you agree you should go! Here are two websites that I found the information on; http://teapartypatriots.ning.com/events/march-in-... and www.marchforliberty.org. Whether it will work or not is yet to be seen. We can not stop! I have heard a lot of people say that it won't do any good, because it is a holiday and no one in DC listens anyway, but that is exactly what they want. For us to sit down and shut up! I say no! And besides, what's a better way to spend the 4th of July (our so-called Independence Day) than in DC?!?!

I did vote! Certainly not for Obama. I do care about my country! I am 100% for Ron Paul! Just out of curiosity, where are you getting your statistics that 70% of America approves? I will always have a problem with an out of control, corrupt, non-representing government! And, if you don't that is your prerogative! All I can say is that I truly feel sorry for you if you really think that everything is great and the government can do no wrong. The way I see it is, Obama is just the most recent cog in a machine that has been working for decades to destroy what this country is all about; Liberty. I don't know if anyone really cares about this, but I thought I would post it just in case. I found this story about Alan Keyes after my husband told me he heard that he was arrested. Sure enough, he was arrested in South Bend, IN for protesting Obama's commencement and honorary degre; along with 21 others. I totally support this oath! I will NEVER be the first to fire. But, I am not going to idly sit by and let myself be fired upon, I will shoot BACK. This reminds me of a line in the Billy Joel song, "We didn't start the fire," "We didn't start the fire, no we didn't light it, but we're trying to fight it!" This crap has been going on for far longer than I've even been alive. But that doesn't mean that I can't be a part of fighting for Liberty. 641,011, small band of nuts? Maybe you should re-read MarkSWFLA's post. He says that "I vow I personally will not start the fight, but should the fight be started (and I am fired upon) I will finish the fight." What part of that is violently overthrowing the government? And, we are the nuts?!?! Our Founding Fathers created the Constitution so that if we have a problem with the government, we don't have to leave the country, but can petition the government for redress of grievances. Which has been tried, but not effectively. I agree 100% with Mark. If I am fired upon, I am just supposed to let myself get shot just because it is the almighty government? I don't think so!

Doesn't Obama smoke? Anyway, I am a smoker and have been for too long. I'm just going to cut them off! I've been wanting to quit for a while and since my brand is already over $5 a pack this is just more motivation for me to quit. What really chaps me is the proposed sugar tax. That's just going to tick people off! They must really want a revolution! The way they are stripping us of our freedoms one by one shows me that they want us to revolt! To me this is what is to be expected with their wonderful (sarcasm) government health care plan. If they are paying for our health, we better not get sick! So, they have to protect us from what can be harmful. Ya know, since the government knows what is best for each and every one of us! Well, I didn't have a big brother growing up, and I still don't need one!

Hi phoenician! I have lived in FT wayne for about 7 years and I haven't been to the Rockin' Horse yet. I have heard a lot about it though! I don't get out a lot! I do love K105 though and US93! These cops around here are very sneaky! I thought there was a law against entrapment, but I guess that doesn't apply to Fort Wayne! LOL! When they were doing construction on 69 last year, they would hide behind the old bridge overpass (for Auburn road between coldwater exit and the 469 exit) and you couldn't see them until you were right on them! Luckily every time I went through there, there was so much traffic I was going well under the speed limit! Have you checked out the new multi million dollar (if not more) stadium downtown?
