TJ Perkins could be an awesome 'signing' for MVP. Have the guy we know from the indies, not Manik / Suicide.

I take it this is just a one-off booking, not AJ returning to compete in ROH? Also does anyone know if AJ is still 'defending' his TNA championship at the Indy dates?

West Ham Till I Die : There is Such a Thing as .....

No mention of Bridge Mr Chandos? I thought it was far and away his best performance in claret and blue and a performance that could have seen him challenging Ashley Cole for an England spot. It was a fantastic performance and he made several of their players redundant on many occasions. Parker once again showed what a professional he is... I actually hope that he sees his career out at West Ham. It would be hard to see him play for another team... part of me thinks it's not too far fetched - he seems to have developed a great affinity for us fans and the club... but then part of me thinks maybe I'm just being naive. Cole again showed his hold up play is incredible... but in my mind when he has to think about anything up front he often makes a mare of his chances. Maybe it's a nerves thing? Despite that, I have faith that he would have buried the ball in the back of the net if Noble hadn't attempted that ambitious (but great) overhead kick. He was running in and little thought was required - not a slight on his character, but I just think his reaction shots are often sublime. Green played his best game of the season for me - the save against Bale's free-kick was nothing shot of incredible. After a slow start to the season (somewhat expected after the WC maybe) he has been putting in some fantastic performances of late. Hard not to mention the rest of the team really - As mentioned, O'Neil needs to stick with what he knows. Every time he tried something fancy he gave the ball away, but a hard-working performance nonetheless. He has the workrate of Behrami but gets the ball more and gives it away less. Upson had a great game again and has formed a good partnership with Da Costa. Exciting that we have Da Costa and Tomkins potentially for the long run (if Da Costa avoids jail). I hope we keep hold of both Bridge and Keane, although I'm not sure what the chances of us getting Bridge are (for many reasons). The same thing can be said of Ba for all his performances for us - such a hard worker and fantastic player... Strange to go a game without him scoring (which is a nice thought). I hope Obinna gets back to his form soon also (as he's another I'd like us to take up). The best 0-0 draw I've watched in a while, so although we might have taken some chances and won - I was more than happy with the result and effort put in. Special mention for Noble, Hitz and Jacobsen too - don't want them to feel left out.

West Ham Till I Die : Bridge Medical and D Day For O'Neill?

To be fair to Upson, giving him the benefit of the doubt.... If we get relegated, we can't afford to be paying people silly money. Therefore, I believe it is US who have put the contract negotiations on hold and his comments certainly suggest that!

West Ham Till I Die : For Once Lady Luck Smiles on West Ham

I thought this was a great article on the whole, but completely disagree with two statements... Stanislas being as lazy as Barrera is totally wrong, and "I like Freddie Sears but I fear he is simply too small to ever have an impact on the Premier League." is one of the most ridiculous comments I have read. I remember watching MOTD a few weeks ago when they basically said 'why are Man City crossing the ball, Tevez is small and will never EVER win a header against 2 tall centre backs'... Beggars belief.

West Ham Till I Die : Much Ado About Nothing?

One of the best articles of read on here - great read and some interesting ideas. Personally I hope we can come to some sort of arrangement with Orient, I think the idea that we have agreements in place with them could boost their attendance as well. I don't know if it's something West Ham have looked at in reality, but I would love to see this in place and would certainly be interested in popping along to Orient to check out some of our players on loan and who knows... I might go to a lot more games as I don't tend to travel to West Ham's away games.

West Ham Till I Die : Could We Really Stomach the Return of Bellamy?

I'm inclined to believe Bellamy on this one (never thought I'd say it)... but only because I don't believe a word that came out of Duxbury's mouth. He said that he was not for sale, then we sold him.... Bellamy has stated that he was happy at West Ham and had rediscovered enjoying his football under Zola... He didn't want to go originally, but was told to stay at home when West Ham had an away day (the day he was left out and we all knew he was off). He didn't strike or demand a transfer, as Zola has verified... He also stated that he hoped he'd play for West Ham again before his career ends... God bless the media!

West Ham Till I Die : Morning Transfer Gossip

Just thought I'd add, don't know if it has been mentioned on here but the Algerian World Cup goalkeeper Ruis M’Bolhi is currently training with us in Germany - You can see him diving in front of Piquionne's shot in a picture on the main site actually... Should be a great back-up to Rob Green and challenge him for the no.1 spot!
