In the spirit of The Great Rev. Maritn Luther King Jr., I do NOT Judge Barrack Obama by the color of his skin., but rather by the Content of His Character! That having been said, based on my observations, I judge Barrack Obama as Incompetent for the Job in which he finds himself. It saddens me that Barrack Obama's poor level of performance, as President, may interfere with a Really Competent black person's likelyhood of becoming elected to The Presidency, or any other public office in the future.
