Isn't Edwardsburg..Legends, Lunkers, Spicy's, the Marathon, beauty shop, dollar store, Hardings, The apartments, Subway, Taco Bell & the bank...(scratching my head) what would you call it if not a hick town? That is why Troy is allowed to buy up the land, preying on those less fortunate then himself..why doesn't he lend them a helping hand?

And that nasty strip club, if he were truly trying to buy it...don't even try to convince other's that "The Man Who Built Edwardsburg" didn't know what was going on over there..and yes I have been there, and yes Troy has been there. Perhaps that building will be his next investment with strippers...ugh but without the dubious characters that inhabit places such as that!
doing the hunting thing...don't you mean doing the poaching thing? there is a big difference between hunting legally and poaching! Troy plays 7 days a week...he has other's to run his small time operations that seem to fail one right after the other.
It appears that everyone or almost everyone posting here knows the real Troy Treat....he does for those that do for him! If he wanted to do something, try improving on what's here..who needs another strip mall? Especially here, where his strip malls charge more then one's in the larger nearby towns.
Truth is Troy was tired of shelling out bad money for a restraunt that wasn't making any money. The people that worked there made maybe 16 - 27 bucks a night! The only people that made any money were the bartenders who worked the regulars. The menu was not diversified in any way..fried this, fried that...a Restraunt that supposedly had such a fine gathering should have had a larger clientale don't you think? He was losing his butt off on Legend's..decided to try another location and lost his butt there to...construction has stopped on the new apts, he is being sued for 45K...yes I would say troy has enough going on alright..and none of it smells like roses!

Given there has been some good TT has done (such as employing people for the businesses he owns) but what happened to the people who left Legend's to go to work for him at the Lucky Leprachon (sp?) I wonder did they go back to Legend's? Or did they just end up without a job with no notice? "Legend's is small potatoes to what Troy has going on" hmm doesn't he owe Carpet Installation 45K? Why has construction totally stopped on the new apartment buildings?
But isn't there Inspector's that go to businesses in Michigan to check on code violations and such? Besides Mr. Treat has had allot of work done on that building? Allot!
Perhaps TT should have considered his family before engaging in illegal activities such as poaching..I mean come on..it isn't like the man is with his family very much...but anyone who faces things like this are always in my prayers..but that does not mean, that I can not speculate about a News Article.
Yea and I really enjoy seeing non-violent offenders get 25 years for repeat probation, but yet a child molester gets 5.."so guilty before proven innocent" is a standard anymore in our country. If you know him, or of him, then you know it is a "strong possibility".
