Something like that can happen so quickly. When I first moved into my apartment ( 3rd floor) I was putting up the curtains and my two year old was trying to "help." He pressed his hands against the screen and it popped out immediately. I knew screens came out easily but I was surprised at how quickly it popped out with minimal effort from my toddler. I stopped what I was doing and my little guy and I walked over to the hardware store and bought those stopper screw things to put on the window so they will only open a few inches. While I wish I could have the windows wide open, my little guys safety is more important than that. This lady ordered about $12 worth of food and then proceeded to dump a bag full of pennies and nickles onto my counter. They went everywhere! They spilled onto the floor, the ground outside ( and she refused to get out of her car to pick up the coins) while it was legal tender, having to count all of those out at the dinner rush was highly irritating. She was not my favorite customer. Having said that, I probably would have laughed at the situation if I had been in the medical office. It does sound like the guy was rude.
