In the course of these presentations, he asks for feedback from the attendees which he then will then write their comment/answer on a flip chart. Two days after a presentation, he called the client to ascertain if she had received any comments on his presentation. She said that a woman called her and said that she was offended by the whole presentation. Her complaint:: She was a Filipino and his many references to the "flip chart" was offensive because "flip" is a derogatory term for Filipinos.
