I agree whole heartedly. The Republican party was not always top heavy with a bunch of elitists. We MUST change the Republican Party and we do that by getting as many of US to be members of that party as possible, THEN putting our people up as candidates. We need to become party officers in every precinct and county in this country. We need to get out there door to door, explain, teach, bring them on board....

I think her appearance on Oprah is going to make or break her. I truly belief that one program will be a very simple up or down. To be honest, I hope it is up, but she would have had to go through a lot of learning and training between then and now to become the person she needs to be to handle the vipers in the media. She also needs to have built up an immunity to their poison. One good thing, there really isn’t anything prior to today they can hit her on anymore, so their supply of ammunition is very limited and about all they got is reloads.

I made a post the other day stating that O'Reilly had said that he was a Democrat and had voted for Obama. They did that to her because they KNEW how good she is and they KNEW that she would flat clean house and the Liberals/Progressives would be sent packing so far it would take them a decade to even get back into the country. They HAD to destroy her and they did everything they could to do so. Do you think they will do anything less to anyone else that comes down the pike that is worth having? They didn’t do it to McCain because he posed no threat;/ They go after Rush and Beck because they pose a huge threat.

I would disagree with you on your take on Palin for 2012. Now I am not saying that she would be a good candidate, the thing is, we don’t know yet. She was politically raped by the media. I have never seen such a horrific public mauling in my life. There has to be a reason for it. We KNOW she can speak and speak far better than Obama ever dreamed of. We KNOW she is smart. Far smarter than Obama ever was or will be. She is georgeous, down to earth, kind, considerate, HONORABLE, HONEST…..show me another candidate that can even come close to her in those caregories. The ONE thing against her are the flub ups she did early in the campaign with two interviews and who could blame her. The intentionally set her up….that one idiot asking her about the “Bush doctrine”. Well after that, anyone would be blithering idiot going on one of those shows feeling like you are totally naked;/ I BET that won’t happen to her now.

Tell you what. She is going on Oprah. I think that will make or break her, but even so, I won’t count anyone in or out now. It is wide open because we never know what may happen or what may come up. Sometimes heroes emerge in the strangest ways and I am oh so open for a hero. If its Sarah, great, if not, well, we need a hero……….whoever it is, I just hope they will be even half the person that Sarah Palin is.
