Newsflash...Kentucky is rather 'hickish' if you venture out of Lexington/Louisville triangle...the storyline is actually not as much of an embellishment as it would first appear.

Agree with all of it, Carolyn...Justified is the best on television. Raylen...shoot first...do the paperwork later. I'm excited about season 3, Carla Gugino is hotter than asphalt in August, imho. She generally raises the level of anything she is in...which will be a feat on Justified.

Big Hollywood : Mel Gibson’s Death of a Dissident: 'Edge of Darkness'

@peteee363 - Using the prevailing written English conventions of capitalization and punctuation would improve your point making...I did not bother to read your comment because it is a waste of time pinpointing the ending and beginning of sentences by searching out the punctuation. Capitalization and punctuation are the cues that lead to comprehension....without it, you make the task too difficult, so why bother reading.

If Watergate was uncovered in today's administration it would pass under the bridge as a mere blip on the stream...in hindsight it certainly does not appear as heinous as say...supplying guns that kill American peace officers.

Big Hollywood : Zooey Deschanel Sings 'National Anthem' at World Series

She didn't flub or forget any lyrics or have to start over...she is cute as can be and has charisma in buckets, has a decent voice....but the Fox habit of cross-promotion with their shows and showing their stars in the stands every two innings is as annoying as can be.... Like Joe Buck actually watches her show or Tim McCarver can stay up past 9:00 on non-game nights.....those two have as much appeal as turds in a punch bowl.

Big Hollywood : Morning Call Sheet: Perry Mason Lives, Stupid Lawsuits, And Why We Love TV

I disagree....What you have with this case is the classic argument against the minimum wage...except in this case those being hurt by the system are not lower class youth, but, if the case prevails, upper middle class college educated whites trying to break into showbiz. Producers will just shift the intern's duties onto the lowest scale paid employees and not a second thought will be given.

Big Hollywood : Craig's Post-Bond Career? Flat. Very Flat.

Me too...I'll third your sentiment here. Craig is a capable actor, just take a look at 'Layer Cake' I have enjoyed the last two Bond movies with Craig as a more serious strong silent Bond in slightly darker stories. I tired of the Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan light comedy Bonds. Craig's post Bond career will be fine if he and his team find and pick better projects. Hollywood continues to equate success with box office rather than the quality of the art. And, this entire conversation will soon be moot after the three 'The girl with....' movies are huge hits.
