Leave with no deal.
Helpful if that date is moved back 2 months, since that gives longer to make up for the incompetence and gross negligence of EVERYONE involved.

Absolutely no-one in Westminster or Whitehall comes out of this with any credit whatsoever.

'Ever-closer union' can only EVER mean the EUSSR

And the more the problems within the EU nations, the more the solution will be seen to be 'more integration'.

Nope.

Because
a) 'WTO-only' won't tank the economy - that's just plain bonkers
b) Corbyn + McDonnell are 100% CERTAIN to destroy the economy so 6 months before the next GE., if they are seen to have ANY chance of winning, the entire economy will fall off a
cliff.

And Carney and Hammond have no shots left in their fiscal stimulus lockers.

I disagree.
Anecdata is not statistically significant, of course, but those in my circle of friends and family - all life-long Conservative members, activists and voters - will never, ever vote Conservative again until the Cameroons are removed from all positions within government.
The last 8 years have been anything BUT 'Conservative' and the fiscal ineptitude of 'can-kickers' like Osborne and Hammond is terrifying.

FWIW, May in PMQ's stated that the UK will be leaving the EU - CFP, CAP, ECJ, CU and SM were all stated too - on 29th March 2019.

Not later

may should have had DExEU staffed by Stuart and Hoey (amongst others) and reached out to the entire nation to unite behind the cause of Brexit.
There should have been monthly (at least) national broadcasts explaining what had been agreed, what had been rejected and continually painting the EU as our implacable opponents and trade rivals

We emphatically do NOT want 'a deep and special relationship' with the EU after next March: just a simple, minimal tariff trade deal, in which the EU pays us a modest annual sum to allow them to maintain their £90 billion pa trade surplus with us.

And UK multinationals seek the cheapest quality supplier from the entire globe and not just buy over-priced items from Germany because the paperwork is thereby minimised.

I've lived near the French/Swiss border.
There's nothing resembling a 'hard border' on anything but the motorway.
Every other road crossing - and there are well over a score in 30 miles - consists of nothing more than a white line painted across the road.

The entire Government is out of alignment with public opinion.

Mrs Thatcher famously said 'Every Prime Minister needs a Willie'. She also had her husband and both provided a means of giving her advice from those with contacts outside the Westminster bubble.

May's main problem - apart from probably being autistic - is that the only advice she is getting is from Westminster bubble-dwelling sycophants.

Such a comprehensive trade deal was proposed by Barnier almost 2 years ago.
