He never bothered to ask her if she wanted the cat, he just took advantage of us and left it. Excuse me officer, who rides around town writing people tickets for breaking the law, but animal abandonment is against the law!! The cat is fine and I've recently friended him, he'll have a home and be taken care of, but what a jerk for taking advantage of other people's love for animals. He could have at least offered to pay to have him neutered, but not to worry, I'll take care of that too.
