I carry off duty all the time in my home state! In the 20 years, I have never had to draw or use; but I sure would be ugly if I did not have it and something happened! HR 218 was suppose to help, but the elected officials of many states are dragging there feet, again. I have "handwritten" letters to my so called elected officials, but none have taken the time to write back. Guess what, no vote for them next time. We have to unite and make the elected officials listen.
