spring has sprung the grass is riz I wonder what today's deception is Bank nationalization The Fed want's to convert tarp loans to the bank into shares of common stock. Isn't this akin to the way the Fed controlled banks after it's creation in 1913? Seems to me banks that chose too not participate in the tarp bailout, or have repaid their dept will soon be out of business by not playing in this game. If the Fed has their way would this mean the will also control, or own, mortgages, credit card and other loans on those banks books?

Seems simple really. This administration will systematically install people they want to run these companies to better control what they want to happen. It may already be too late to stop any of this, a huge snowball rolling down a mountain that has gathered so much mass, so much momentum it will simply crush anything that stands in its way.

Chuck, I watched a documentary on National Geographic titled "Inside the Green Beret" in which their camera crew was granted 48 hour access to American Soldiers based at fire base Cobra, Afghanistan. The Soldiers job was to provide medical assistance, security, and collect intelligence on Taliban. The Soldiers explained the real challenge is that it is nearly impossible to tell farmers from Taliban fighters who's sole purpose is to reign with terror and would not hesitate to maim, dismember or kill anyone just seen talking to an American, accepting medical assistance, or is not loyal to their cause. You can't even begin to imagine the atrocities the Taliban are capable of as shown by the film, men, women, children doesn't matter, missing every body part you can name. Taliban want to kill Americans simple as that. The camera crews time with our soldiers was cut short when, while on patrol and camera running, an IED was set off killing 2 soldiers, injuring several others including 2 Nat Geo cameramen There is just no way to verify who these people one way or the other. These men were captured on the battlefield and in my opinion, better safe than sorry. China won't even accept these people back. How about you write the State Dept. and volunteer to take in a few. Then you could personally see to their needs, you know clothing, food, car, prayer rugs, weapons, explosives, cell phones, etc.
