Cruz's problems are just beginning on this issue, way too many unanswered questions. This article identifies 17 of them: http://trumpcampaignanalysis.blogspot.com/2016/01...

Even his staunchest defenders are relying on nonsense. This article is devastating:

Cruz is right to be worried. It's insane to think that Mr. Cruz - after Obama's experience with this issue - hasn't given this a lot of thought over the last few years. Notice that his only defense is an appeal to authority: it's settled law. He knows it has never been adjudicated, so he is suggesting that there is a 'living and breathing' interpretation of the constitution here that demands respect. He would normally refer to the intentions of the founders.
They had four basic protections available to protect against divided loyalties: Amerian mother, American father, birth in America, and no formal dual allegiances. Ted has ONE of the four, and he thinks that is what the founders intended? Please.
There are many unanswered question, as Cruz knows. This article identifies 17 of them: http://trumpcampaignanalysis.blogspot.com/2016/01...

What else can we expect from people who see no legitimate limits on government power? They hate the constitution, and that translates into hatred for taxpayers.

Great comment. Here's the answer: The big banks launder hundreds of billions in drug money every year (on record - see Wachovia and Wells Fargo story). Grandma is done paying taxes, so the feds would prefer she suffer a stress heart attack while being groped or strip searched. We have a criminal government.

HA! I made a comment about how they were able to scramble F16s to intercept this plane, but somehow 4 AIRLINERS penetrated the most defended airspace on the planet on 9/11/2001. Guess what? The comment was deleted. Big shock.
This one probably will be too. Enjoy a little truth while it's here, readers.

She's 'disabled'. That translates into: She sits on her ass all day typing at a computer, while WE pay for every element of her existence. She can think and type, but can't work. I'm sick of paying the way for people. Disability should mean 'total incapacitation', or it becomes another massive magnet for fraud.

Wait! You mean all the NEOCON chickenhawks have been both WRONG _and_ LYING about it all? What? Ron Paul was right from the beginning?
Neocons will be the death of us all. Instead of a few thousand hard core nutjobs hating us because we had bases in Saudi Arabia, now MILLIONS of arabs hate us for killing their family members. GOOD JOB NEOCONS! Good job, 'conservative' enablers!

Don't muck it up? You mean the 1.2 million additional people who have stopped looking for work? That great victory? PATHETIC.
