We made a purchase at Perfect Finish London that was never delivered. We wrote lots if mails complining, and it was useless: the products were never delivered and we never had an answer. Instead, the company shows no physical adress or telephone number at the website, so we think that they doesnt want to be loquated and that this is a common practice for them. Really bad.
