Big Journalism : Etheridge Has Nothing To Apologize For? How About This?

Hey give the schmuck a break! He just came from a three martini lunch and was rushing to make his boss' speech (Pelosi). Do you think this is the first time Etheridge has acted this way to the lowly peons, hardly.

Big Journalism : Trail Of Tears: Jon Stewart Rips Barack Obama's Worthless Promises

Osiyo, I enjoyed Stewart's sarcasm, most of it was right on. One thing I did find offensive was the title, as a Cherokee and a descendant of the Trail of Tears, I would think a more appropriate title could have been found. The 1830 Indian Removal act which Andrew Jackson enforced was nothing but pure hatred of my tribe, an ethnic cleansing which nearly wiped my people out of existence. The Cherokee people have made a remarkable comeback, mainly through self determination and persistence to become the largest tribe in the United States. Wado for listening, Chief Gonahena Cherokee Warrior, USN Vietnam Veteran
