A elderly quilter my sister knows has, in her will, beneficiaries designated for patterns and fabrics she bought to quilt for the individuals in case she doesn't finish them.

So if we buy auto parts and rent an engine hoist are we going to have to pay B&O taxes as an auto repair shop?

Your use of the term child strikes me as sensationalism meant to bring to mind the "little johnny" of a smaller statured child.
I was 5'7" tall in sixth grade. He may not have been all that "childlike".

This will probably show up on her credit history as a failure to pay and screw up her credit score for years because the credit reporting agencies don't care if their information is accurate.

My bet is they waited the two years for the, now teenager, to get bigger and stronger so that he looks strong enough to cause "real" damage with a throw.
Sad sacks of $#*! those two.

Your ignorance in suggesting that the millions of tons of debris this tsunami swept from Japan's highly industrialized and densely populated coastline is in any way comparable to that which would have been swept off shore from the fishing villages hundreds or a thousand years ago is laughable.

Did you forget about that little thing the Coast Guard had to deal with before it created a hazard to shipping and spilled it's fuel? You know, the 165' Ryou-Un Maru fishing vessel the Guard sank? http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/headlines/2012/04/coa...

Before the industrial revolution little of any debris swept in to the trade currents would have survived the tsunami intact or the storms and battering waves of the open ocean before reaching our shores.

Next time give the circumstance a little more thought before you subject us to your ignorant drivel.

So when the wind storm blows a neighbor's tree on to your house your saying the neighbor is in no way responsible for the costs of the repairs on your home! Yea right!

In most cases nobody "wound up with" it, it vanished when the house values plummeted as the housing bubble burst.
Nobody wound up with the $250 the value of the ounce of gold dropped "you" bought at $1876 and today only could have sold at $1626. It's still the same one ounce of .999% pure gold sitting in your safe. It's just that no one will pay you your original price. So your wealth has diminished 13% on that particular item.

Conference call between Wal-Mart and Mercury Public Affairs: "OK, we got caught. Now how do we spin this and blame it all on Ms. Harnett?"
