There is internet in Costa Rica - almost everywhere. Of course there are pockets where even phones won't work, but generally you can get internet if you can get cell service. Also, "challenges of health care" ? Have you looked at the challenges the U.S. faces?

Costa Rica is known for medical tourism because of the expert care that is available at affordable costs. If one is a resident or citizen, the government provides very good health care - usually free or at very low costs.

Isn't it more likely that somebody put in an extra zero? not b vs m? Or do they still write out the amount like the old days of paper checks: One thousand, two hundred eight two and 56/100-----------

AND in a market that was trading 1.5 billion shares, this should have been easily sniffed out.
