So obvious was she that my husband commented on her before I was even aware of it...Imagine how my heart jumped as the email came in!!! As I opened it, I have to say, I almost wanted to run and hide so surprised was I. Then come to find out, it was in reply to an email I'd sent to them letting them know about a broken link in the website.
