i find it sad that the first thing they cut is the police and prosecution, they are just trying to scare the public into approving the tax increase. Instead they should have started cutting city/county projects and employees that don't have a direct impact on public safety.

As for grow up define grow up. I am a happy person have good life, good job and a great family i consider that grown up and just because I don’t think the way you do, hell I'm glad i don’t think the way you do because that stick pocking out my backside would get old quick. You are correct but they also might have arrested them to stop any deployment until they have concluded their investigation. If they did rape these girls then they deserve whatever they get. I am also curious what they were thinking when they decided to hang out with underage girls in the first place that just begs for trouble.

but did it, that is based on what, it cant be the duration of what the benefits would cost to cover the 2.5% for the life of their plan. If it does the state is getting hosed on pee tests. I would like to see the numbers, show me over time that it costs more not just the numbers of who passed and who didnt i want the whole picture.

I worked with a retired detective and he used to talk about some of the cases he worked on and this conversation came up. He said about 1 out of 6 reported rape cases are actually real and when reported by underage person that number drops to about 1 in 10 mostly because they dont want to get in trouble by their parents, adults use it cover up affairs or drunken flings.

Your right it can be expensive but what is the price of your life, I ride and race the 3 tracks OR and WA have to offer and found myself to be that much more reserved on the street. I even sold my streetbike and only ride the tracks now. But as you said not trying to argue, its just sad to hear about this I wish every sport bike purchase came with a day at the track or another kind of safety riding course.
