There's way too many inconsistencies being reported by media as compared to the alleged incident report that is now defunct. Michael claims Kate was drunk but nobody did anything about it? Are you serious? You know Kate said a lot of things that gave away what was going on and it's very obvious that Michael is in total control of everything she does and says. When Michael claimed he had "Baker Acted" Kate, they aren't married or family. How did he have the legal right to allegedly get her locked up on a "psych hold" unless she gave him a "power of attorney". Also WHY was Kate allowed out of lock up in less than 48 hours if a suicide hold is 72 hours by law? He has to be LYING because he makes no sense at all. I can only hope CPS really makes a visit out there but I doubt it will go down. As the "police report" seems to be bunk and the case will get pushed under the rug like nothing ever happened. Poor Landon and Kate needs to GTFO and away from Michael. It will only get worse from this point on :(

I am totally lost with this crazy ass drama that happened last night between Kate and Michael. I watched Kate tweet her pleas for help and use Twitter via iPad to speak out about the whole thing because she said she did not have her phone with her. I posted the police report from last night from Boca Raton Police Department in a clickable link above. I would think the only PRIVACY they would want is for MEDIA people not to bug them for interviews to ask what really had happened. Usually they would love to talk about it for the WOW factor but it appears Michael is the only one talking about it and that is okay with management apparently. I had notified Gina when the incident was happening and has asked if everyone was okay and safe because of what Kate had tweeted. All I got was a response saying "Everything is OK." I then asked what happened and got not response that's when TMZ was the first to post something about the incident then Radar Online and the rest followed suit. I also agree there is much more to the story but we will never know all of it and of course Michael has to make himself out to be the "victim" in all of the drama. It's definitely a freak show that makes headlines. o.0
