This is true but we have one trump card called "Msiaboleh". Samsung , sony, apple, huawei , microsoft pale in performance compared to msia tech company like Dsonic (supplier of Mykard 2Govt). The share price of Dsonic has gone up 7 times within 6 months , enough for the shareholder to cash out n last 4 generations. Frankly speaking, I'm jealous of Dsonic rather than Samsung ! LOL . Why dun just send in applicants from different ethnic bkgrounds with Qualifications from Ox-Cam, Harvard, MIT, Caltech (qualifications with lower std compare to local U as claimed by Msian minister but perceived to be more fair) and see the call back rate? As a recruiter b4 (at least can speak 4 ten other recruiters), we tend to look at the photograh 1st b4 at the CV. We dun even exhaust the whole list of applicants with the rest put in KIV. SPM and STPM do matter and core subjects more important than overall CGPA. For accounting and financial posn, straight pass in professional Q like ACCA,ICMA r preferable than top CGPA scorers. The biggest flaw in Lee's study is the failure to get inputs from the prospective employers for the low call back rate. Anyway recruitment is a complex issue that requires comprehensive n in-depth study which I think the experiment is lacking unless the purpose is to prove a pre-determined objective. Why in a haste to jump to conclusion which will obviously be manipulated by vested parties unless the intention is to curry favors ? Why dun mr lee disclose the circumstances and funding for this project ?
