I am only worried about me being too old to do it, but I guess I can do it at my own pace. After major knee surguries on my knees they are the weakest part of my body now I'm not sure they could handle it. The last month has been a reality check for me, my body telling me how bad of shape I'm in so something has to be done. Keep the updates coming and I will continue to track your progress.
