A Qustion Is it better to: 1) Let one innocent man rot in jail to insure that we have as many actual molesters locked up as possible or 2) Let one actual molester walk free to insure that we have as few innocent men locked up as possible? Which is better?

With the exception of the construction noise, won't the amount of noise actually DECREASE for anyone who lives closer to the 1st runway than the 3rd?
