Meanwhile Sinn Fein/IRA are lapping up their new found celebrity status, even wining and dining with the Queen, and indulging in the Royal Toast to Her Majesty. What an amazing Christian lady she is. She has shown more humanity and decency than Sinn Fein/IRA would even know existed.
I wonder what the ordinary "volunters" (sic) and those who have supported and voted for SF/IRA thought about the TV pictures last week from Windsor Castle. After all, Marty is now, to all intents and purposes, a servant of Her Majesty, and is on Her Majesty's Payroll. Who would have thought we would live to see the day when those who were targets for terrorism and murder would sit down to dinner with those who were their attackers and would be destroyers? If there had been a genuine change of heart on the part of SF/IRA, wi. Genuine remorse and genuine repentance for their past misdeeds, then I would have been the first to welcome the scenes we witnessed on TV last week. However, it just made me sick to my stomach, like most of the other real victims of the Dirty War of attritition and ethnic cleansing.

"Clean"energy is more expensive than fossil fuel powered energy, and less reliable. Carbon is not energy, and its free. You breathe it out every moment of your life. Trees and plants thrive on it, and it is wonderful. It keeps the planet green and alive. It is not evil, but good. My "carbon footprint" (sic) is expanding every day, and I rejoice in that.
