It was a near future black comedy - surveillance, police state bureaucracy, anyone disagreeing was a "terrorist" and state sanctioned torture - really funny and prescient . Government "torturest" inadvertently kill a hapless citizen when a printing error has him abducted from his apartment and family by a government SWAT team - watch the movie - you'll be amazed at how accurate it was about the near future !
