Kudo's to Blackburn and the alert Fed Ex driver! This is no surprise,very few moms seem to recognize how easy it is for a stroller to get away from you. I realize in this story it was a stroller that was runaway. But,let me tell you,woman jog past my house full tilt flying past driveways and side streets not slowing ....pushing jogging strollers. At the bottom of my hill is Bellevue Way. If the mom tripped(the sidewalk concrete is sunk and cracked in many places,making tripping a hazard),the racing all terrain jogging stroller would continue down the hill,through to the intersection on Bellevue Way .....where the speed limit is 35 MPH but cars drive at least 5 mph more. What is wrong with these women...there are trails,school track fields and parks to run on a tear pushing a three wheeled jogging buggy. Why risk pushing a jogging stroller on a busy hill when disaster is inevitable. At least if the racing stroller tipped on a trail,the child would not be tossed in harms way. These same women strap their precious cargo in car seats when in their vehicles. Yet, they play Russian Roulett with their racing strollers ....bouncing along with the at risk baby ....without a thought to the tragic consequences.

Whoever did this derived pleasure first luring then deliberatly torturing the puppies......watching the pups cower in fear before abandoning them to suffer in agony. Society must protect the most vunerable from an individual whose appetite to inflict pain will only escalate until they are caught and held accountable.

Keri, anti-social & psychotic behavior can make the two legged animal the most dangerous to society. Just one condition, which is attributed to mental retardation and behavior problems,is Fetal Alchohol Syndrome. But,no matter the cause ...society must demand accountability and protect the vulnerable from all predators ....deminshed mental capacity is just as dangerous as psychotic personalities to the weakest among us. Jeffrey Dalmer began torturing animals in his youth. Because there was no accountability or intervention his madness escalated until apprehended years later. I believe who ever did this to these poor puppies will continue their sick behavior until they are caught. To inflect unimaginable suffering on these two puppies shows a quality of spirit that can only be catorgorized as evil. I pray the deviant twisted person who did this is found and a punishment equal to the crime is imposed. As a society we cannot tolerate the weakest and most vulnerable to be brutalized without consequences. Whoever is responsible needs to be be feel the public outrage and the shame associated with coercing then torchering one of the most vulnerable among us.

I remember going to the Carnegnie Library in Renton. I was in J.H. when they built the new library over the Cedar River. Then one day not long after i looked in disbelief as we drove by and all that was left of the Carnegie Library was a pile of masonry stones. The current library is just a poor replacement of the original Carnegnie Library... I remember just about everything even down to the subway black and white tile in the bathroom. Today is Jan 6,2012 here is a post I made back in July 2010 about Gregoire and the state income tax she (and her minions will eventually shove down our throat). Gregoire will never give it up. She wants her legacy to be a Washington State Income Tax. All Gregoire needs is to get her foot in the door with 'it's for the little children's future' 1% income tax and within a few years we will be another Massachusetts. "State income tax initiative steps closer to ballot". This is my comment to this article. "I originally posted this prediction after Gregoire repealed the 2/3 anti-tax initiative which was Feb 2010. Five months later..... "This is just the beginning mark your calendar April 2010... Gov. I have read the response's to my post. Too many woman dream of a knight on a white horse riding to their rescue.They need to get over being rescued from the monotany of practicing personal responsibility. Nor will the Natalies find another person dedicated to meeting their every need or making them happy. There is only one person who can make healthy choices and that person is you. As Natalie discovers after running away from home lured with fun promises by a girl she met on the street.Followed by more empty promises like the pimp whose love can be earned if she does what he asks. You ask me how do you teach this to vulnerable teenagers? I just deleted the rest of my post....I sounded too smug. So I will just conclude, by saying start young. Instead of just "hanging out". Encourage life skills by joining with trustworthy friends (people you as a parent have met)sports,theater,playing intrument and reading. With self confidence and being an interesting person eventually a healthy mutual love interest will develop. At least this is my hope for all young women.

Young girls need to understand that there are costs to being emotional needy. They need to understand that they will never find anyone dedecated to making them happy. A young woman needs to choose and depend on people who have earned her trust. Questioning any person who is willing to love and cherish you in exchange for meeting their needs and demands. If I had a wish for young people it would be that they would develop a sense of their own identity and absolutly pursue getting a vocation or skill. It is a problematic wish because it requires young people to have the discipline to delay gratification to acquire those goals.
