From Amit Klein (amitklein):

Your list looks awesome, and I'm excited since many of these examples are new to me. I'm excited to listen in.

I'd just like to suggest maybe taking a campaign that didn't go so well and talking about why/how it could've been better (maybe: Aircel Save Our Tigers).

Also, maybe you should consider moving your comment system to Disqus - people don't have to fill out those three fields and they can easily tweet/fb their comments.

@Vijay: I try very hard to please everyone, in life, on my blog, and on Twitter, but sometimes, it just isn't possible.

@Asfaq: I think I'm going to add context to the links I'm tweeting (why am I tweeting it etc.) instead of just tweeting it as an RT.

@Ory: I have found that the 'why' question is both deceptively simple and very complex. At the simplest level the answer is that you should report incidents because it's the right thing to do. Reported incidents, even if they aren't resolved, are better than unreported incidents. However, that simple logic, which seems compelling to me, hasn't had much success with our audience so far.

In terms of local efforts, we haven't made much headway with the Election Commission and National Election Watch, but we have good local partnerships and good local buzz on Twitter, blogs and media. We need to do much more on this front, and we need to implement Swift, so that we can aggregate conversations that are happening elsewhere.

@Pavs: I agree that both Congress and BJP play divisive politics and both have blood on their hands. However, I believe that Congress is divisive based on opportunism, while BJP is divisive based on principle, which is more pernicious. I also think that there isn't much to choose between BJP and Congress, but, if I'm forced to make a choice, I would choose Congress.

@Nagarjuna: Well, I personally believe that the Third Front is a pre-election coalition that won't survive after the election. The ruling coalition will most likely be led by one of the two national parties: BJP or Congress.

@Phillip: As of now, it does seem likely that Congress will form the government, but we can't really be sure, because of the coalition considerations.

@Dina: I'm glad this misunderstanding is cleared up. I should have done this 'full disclosure' thing earlier.
