The timing seems right now so we have just Re-Launched a website we deactivated over a year ago because everyone wanted to hide behind a webname and pontificate and vent. While a good thing the tea parties, emails, snail mail, telephone calls and demonstrations are not accomplishing much. The Obama Gang is hard at work and damaging our country everyday.

It would be nice if we could fund all of our efforts ourselves but we can't. We ask for a modest membership fee (less than a cup of coffee per week at McDonalds) and will be asking for specific purpose designated donations in the future. To fix our government is a massive undertaking and to defeat the Political Power Establishment will be quite expensive. Our basic plan is to be instrumental in starting the Common Sense Party (I know the name was used 6 or 8 years ago by a radical but it was not Copyrighted or protected and is what we want to be.)
Look at us and join if you want to be pro active. We are not only talkers but doers and we need you.

Right on Eagle. Until we are willing to put our resources, time, money, and energy into this fight, just as our founding fathers did for our country's Independence, we will never have independence from an out of control and oppresive government. We let it happen now let's stop it from continuing.

My son and I just reactivated a website we took down over a year ago due to lack of serious participation (everyone wanted to vent but no one wanted to be proactive) and it was not worth trying to keep the spammers away with their porn and illegal drugs sales. It is up, no population and about ready to be populated with information. Any interested can join and help us. No attempt to reduce this site but to add to it. Polcat, I am convinced we all will support a good candidate and it is equally or more important that we stop being mechanical monkeys and quit supporting the broken party politics we have today. Every request I receive for donations, and I receive many from Republican and Conservative Groups because of my big mouth, I send it back blank and with an accompanying letter stating they deserted me and my principles and I will be supporting the people's choice in all future elections. Please, If you do send $10 to Gov. Palin for her legal expenses make sure to make note of the fact you are willing to support a serious reform party campaign and it's candidates.

CCharlie, That said I absolutely believe we can get a third party up and running that quick. In fact I believe if we start acting and stop talking we can get it up and ready for 2010 for local and state elections and for US Congressional elections. I have been a Republican and voted Republican for about 40 years and even as hardheaded as I am I have to admit the Republican Party bears no resemblence to Conservatism and much resemblence to the Democrat Party. I believe that of the roughly 120 million people that voted in 2008 70,000,000 to 80,000,000 live between the forty yard lines meaning they are moderate Democrats/Liberals and moderate Republican/Liberals. Everyone I talk to is afraid of what is going on Dems and Repubs alike. If we can attract 50,000,000 of those moderates we will not split the vote we will win back our government. If we do not we will have already lost our country.

CCharlie, In the Email I wrote to Gov. Palin I closed it by saying, "You are not perfect but then perfection is not what we need. You can see and admit your weaknesses and failures and are willing to do something about them, that is what we need. You are endowed by our creator with common sense and determination, and you have a love for this country and her people, those things we need, desparately." As she is today I think she is far more prepared to sit in the oval office that what we have there now and in what we just had there. I honestly do not think we need a statesman or a scholar, we need a firefighter to put out the blaze and a builder to rebuild our nation and her economy. Someone to return this country and the people back to the God based principles she was founded on.

I honestly feel his intentions are to centralize power in the White House so that when it is obvious even to him he will not be reelected he can declare a State of Emergency and suspend elections. That is the way most dictators come to stay in power.

Dr. Sam, While I must agree that new parties have never done well we all must agree there has never been such a need for a new party as there is now. Both major parties are corrupt and politically alike, both hurt our Country. We have 2010 to work on for local and state elections and the U. S. Congress. We need first to agree on the name and then start diligently seeking our candidates that are acceptable to OUR Principles and Values and beseech them to run for local and state office and The House and Senate. Some of us are blessed with good Senators or Representatives some are not but in any event we need to replace the Radicals in both parties who think party and not America, who think personal gain and not America, who think Power and not America. If there was ever a demand for a new party it is now and only we the people can make any party work. I beg all of you stop contributing to the many faces of the Democrat and Republican Party and their candidates today and put that money and your time toward populating our elected office with Patriotic Americans over endowed with Common Sense.

I was just listening to Gov. Sarah Palin resign as governor of Alaska. I have already emailed her and asked her if she has interest in representing the people of America in the 2012 Presidential election as the candidate of "The Common Sense Party". I would ask that each of you do the same thing. By working hard we should be able to attract 50,000,000 of the 75,000,000 moderate Republican, Democrat, and Independent Voters. If each of us give $10 we would have the financial strength to beat the political system because every $10 we contribute to building the Common Sense Party and supporting our candidates will be $10 we won't waste again on the Repubs and Dems.

If you think this is a good place to start then show Gov. Palin we are serious and send $10 to her legal defense fund to offset the costs of defending herself against lies and mistruths and false allegations:

IntenseDebate Notification <DIV> <DIV>JAC60,</DIV> <DIV>Most of the Czars defy explanation. I saw a short blurp on Fox that basically said the Great Lakes Czar is to look after the environmental health of the Great Lakes. Thought that was the EPA's job, but. All the Czars seem to be nothing more than a centralization of power in the White House. These people are selected by the President, report to the President, receive instructions from the President and there is no Congressional approval of their appointment necessary, there is not Congressional oversight of their activities, and since they report to the President I would assume they have Executive Privileged if challenged or summoned to appear before Congress. We had best watch closely the events taking place in Honduras, the deposed President was trying to violate their Constitutional mandate on term limits and their Supreme Court ordered the military to stop him. I think Obama supports him because he is planning the same thing.</DIV> <DIV style="FONT: 10pt arial">
