WELL THESE DAM OFFICERS WILL NEED TO PATROL THE FREEWAYS FOR THINGS LIKE THIS INSTEAD OFF PULLING OVER PEOPLE FOR STUPID REASONS OR WAITING FOR PEOPLE TO REPORT IT TO 911. I JUST GOT PULLED AN HOUR AGO ONLY TO TELL ME THAT MY LEFT BRAKE LIGHT WAS DIMMER THAN THE RIGHT SIDE. I WAS LIKE, WHAT THE... FORGIVE ME FOR THE CAPS, I'M JUST AGGRAVATED BECAUSE THAT USELESS PULLOVER GOT ME LATE TO WORK FROM LUNCH TODAY...ugh!

KOMO - Seattle, WA : Go-cart scalping victim lobbies for regulation | KOMO News - Seattle, Washington | Local

So again, the hair is to blame for... Why don't you put yourself in the situation? (perhaps a newbie) You go to a go-cart park with your family, go through the safety procedures, anxiously waiting to have fun, then you put your helmet on. Zoom.... there goes the go-cart.. Would you thought of tieing your hair with your helmet on? Think about it? Again, if they had protectors for the moving parts, it could've been prevented...

Common sense has nothing to do with this. You guys are missing the point. She had a helmet on and adhered to their basic safety guidelines. If you read carefully, the company's go-cart had no protective covers at that time. This accident would have been prevented if the company took action after the first accident. They ignored and look what happened...another accident. I agree with suing this company. If it was the first time, then maybe not...but the 2nd time with the same company??? There's a problem. Like what "Getbacktowork" said...If this would had happened to your loved one, you would probably fight back. Imagine the pain and suffering! Plus, this company had over two dozen concerns from the inspection report??? Of course, taking this to legislature may take awhile because of current events. Just Sue the company so they can wake up and enforce tighter safety instead of waiting for the government or another accident!
