She has a confidence that goes beyond professional, it approaches cockiness. Watching her interact with "customers" and team members this attitude seems to be a true part of her personality. Away from the cameras and the judges, deep down she doesn't seem to be a truly nice person. She was nice during the latest episode because things were going her way, but early in the task she was short and a bit rude to her teammate. I'm sure the judges see this. If she doesn't make it on this show, I hope she makes a cookbook or market her chocolate sauce because she certainly has talent.
