All I'm saying is don’t expect the fear of losing Freedom alone to be the magic wake-up call, as sadly it appears our sense of Freedom may be relative to how much of it, is allowed.

When will America Wake up? When will the masses come to their senses and realize that Freedom and the American Dream are about to be terminated? Who knows but I must share with you that even inmates in prison have moments of what appears to them to be freedom. As wards of the State they are provided everything down to what they eat at every meal. Their "Freedom" is reduced to a choice of whether to eat it or not. Though their Liberty is reduced to the confines within the walls/fence, and their time is strictly regimented and occupied with mandated programs, appointments and/or specified recreation times, they somehow squeak moments of personal "Freedoms" such as the “freedom” to go, or not to go to the yard within their allowed time slots, or to watch TV or sleep in their cell or cube during non-program hours. They seemingly have the "freedom" to smoke or not if within one of the few remaining places where smoking is allowed. Are they fooling themselves? You bet they are! Will such 'MomentCould the Spirit of a once 'Free America' soon be so marginalized that our society as a whole will be so pitiful? ary Micro-Freedoms', be they real or imagined, be enough to pacify “The People” into justifying apathy?

You got it right on your show (7/27/09), our Constitution is under Assault like never before! You hit the nail on the head about Obama's 'Thuggin', (To Make America Pay!!!!) And with the video of the Acorn Cop, you exposed that the Second Amendment isn't the only "Negative Liberty" Americans will be forced to sacrifice for their new found "Sense of Security"! Not to mention that movie theaters and restaurants may soon be joining NYC, 'Places of Education' and Post Offices as the latest places in America to become our latest “Constitution Free Zones". Places LEGALLY exempt from the Constitution!!! ". Places LEGALLY exempt from the Constitution!!! What areas are next? When will it end? Are Americans ready for their government to be in full command of picking hit and miss where, when and to what degree, if any, the Constitution may, or not, apply???!!! How is it that there is so many (of our own people) who are so eager to argue against their own Freedom and Liberty to support such heresy? It is America AS A WHOLE and the Constitution, AS A WHOLE, that are under attack, and sorry but I'm just not feeling the Love you say these people have Glenn.

Tsalagi, Sadly I don't think claiming one more exemption would slow them down a bit. The Fed doesn't have any money now, yet they somehow keep on spending more and more of it. You didn't know spending money creates more money? That's what Obama says! Anyway if they don't get it from us, they'll get it from China, if not from China, they'll just print it! See how easy progressive economics is?

Just Obama telling America what a good investment California's dept is, seeing how they're going to be the new owners of it after he and Barney Frank get their way! The 'Occupied Media' will never question the details.
It's not that Obama is stupid, as much as it is he believes we're stupid and or without resolve. After all look what he's been able to get away with so far, then look at his approval ratings. Not to say that the approval ratings aren't just as flawed. But why wouldn't he keep spilling out what his 'Tele-promoter' is telling him to. It seems to keep bringing him the preferred results he's looking for! Besides once the Fed owns California's dept, don't they get all your State parks out of the deal?

Freedom's cost is Blood. It doesn't take cash or credit cards. I like it! That should be put on a shirt or billboard so all can be reminded. I have said before that those who conspire against our Founding Princables conspire against the Constituion itself, just as they conspire against the blood of Patriots (Every Drop) that has been spilled to both secure and preserve our Independence and sacred Liberty.

In short she is one of 'The People" more than she is just a politician. She is a person who is genuine in her commintments to our founding princables. To limit her to only speaking on behalf of politicians representing a "Party" would severely comprimise her impact by limiting her words and positions to only those approved by others representing "Parties" , not to those in her heart that more closely represent 'We The People" of 'Free America'. Sarah probably knows this very well. If she chooses to engage those commited to destroying our Liberty, it is my hope she will not be bound by those whose priorities are limited to themselves and/or their 'Party". Let her fire any and all the guns of her choosing, not just the token pea shooters the 'Party" would limit her to. If she alone is calling the shots and leading the charge, "We The People" couldn't fall in beside her fast enough.
