That is where our energy should be focused. I only joined the argument to prove the others wrong. At the end of my first comment, I said, "the question or issued should be, did it work ( the US Constitution)?" and my answer was "yes." The Original Constitution worked. Now, today with all of the Amendments you can't tell what is right from wrong anymore. But, that's a whole different issue. We should begin to take the necessary steps to making a change for the better for this wonderful country, and I believe that the tea parties happened for that purpose or reason. Americans stood out all across America to make their voices be heard by those sitting in Washington. But what next? What can we do that will make the change? Do we just sit and wait? I believe we have no control of what is going to happen next because it is supposed to happen, when it supposed to happen, and how it is supposed to happen. And after only reading the beginning, I see how the Bible applies: "establish justice," Exodus Chapter 20- Thou shalt not steal, "Insure domestic tranquility," Thou shalt not kill. This country was founded on Christianity. If you study the biographies and autobiographies of the founding fathers you would see that they had some form of a Godly influence in their lives whether if it was personal experience for from their families. So at the time when the Constitution was written, they in no doubt used those princpals to write it out. And, if know ANYTHING about the Bible you will see that there is some influence of religion in the Constitution. But, the issue or question shouldn't be if the Country was founded on Christianity, the issue or question should be, "did it work?" The answer is, yes. So, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
