Currently poking at my Saab, trying to figure out how I can replace the disintegrating flex pipe on the manifold-end of the cat without any welding, because at the moment I'm cruising for a ticket with how loud it can get at times.

Seriously, the seller of that Panhard needs to learn how to take some criticism without being a dick about it. It's not like you said anything glaringly offensive about the car in your post, either. Just you know, pretty obvious flaws like half the car being missing, with a half-ass excuse as to where the parts are.
